If you are aiming for one of the top 100 firms, remember most recruit two years in advance and you really need to get your act together, to meet those deadlines. If high street or ‘legal aid’ is your bent, there is still plenty you can be doing while at law school, to increase your chances of a job by the time you have left – you could apply speculatively for work experience, for example.
