Sullivan & Cromwell raids Freshfields for German launch

Elite New York firm Sullivan & Cromwell has ended its search for a corporate partner to lead its German practice after hiring Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s Wolfgang Feuring.

Feuring is an expert in M&A and capital markets work and will be based in the US firm’s Frankfurt office, with a brief to launch a heavy weight local law team.
