Lovells has begun merger talks with leading Austrian firm Cerha Hempel & Spiegelfeld in a bid to expand its German-speaking practice – further underlining its expansionist European strategy.
Following its merger in Germany last year with national firm Boesebeck Droste, the firm has increasingly felt the need to extend its Austrian practice.
