Leading commercial, insurance and human rights barrister Timothy Otty has joined 20 Essex Street from common and commercial law set 2 Temple Gardens.
Otty made the move on 3 September. He follows his former colleague, European law and insurance specialist Alexander Layton QC, who also joined 20 Essex Street from 2 Temple Gardens in March 2000.
