Dundas & Wilson and Garretts, the two UK members of Andersen Legal’s network, have closed one of the largest property sale and leaseback deals announced this year.
Under the deal, joint venture company the Whitehall Partnership provided debt finance to London & Regional Properties, which bought the 182 high street properties owned by Kingfisher – 152 of which were part of the Woolworths portfolio.
