West Coast firm Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has hired its 12th partner to its London office. Nicola Green, a senior assistant from Sidley Austin Brown & Wood has joined the corporate practice.
She arrives two months after the firm hired corporate partner Mark Pinder from the same firm. Green is an English-qualified lawyer with experience in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and private equity work. She brings the number of partners in the group to six – four of whom are UK qualified.
