Bristol’s Assize Court Chambers is to split at the end of the month after wrangles over the future direction of the set caused a rift between two groups of tenants.
Twelve Assize Court tenants, including head of chambers Jonathon Isherwood QC and respected senior juniors Christopher Ferguson and David Curwen, are to create a new specialist personal injury set under the name Unity Street chambers.
