South east firm Blake Lapthorn has secured a merger with Portsmouth-based insolvency specialist Sherwin Oliver Solicitors.
Under the deal, agreed last week after three months of talks, the 13 partner Sherwin Oliver will relocate to Blake Lapthorn’s offices in Portsmouth, Fareham and Southampton with the merged firm retaining the Blake Lapthorn name.
