Midlands giant Wragge & Co has advised Castlemore Securities on its largest deal yet for the client – the development and £110m sale of one of the largest regeneration projects in London.
Property associate Marcus Blick led the Wragges team. Blick has worked extensively alongside partner Robert Caddick, the longstanding Wragges contact partner for Castlemore. Castlemore is to develop the 55-acre site of a former gasworks in Beckton, East London, into a retail and leisure centre named Gallions Reach.
