Hobson Audley has announced a new strategy for dealing with e-mail security issues.
The firm has bought its own public key infrastructure (PKI) from which it can issue its own digital certificates to encrypt and sign e-mails and e-mail attachments.

The PKI was developed for Hobsons by Trustis, an IT security consulting firm. The system attaches digital signatures, date and time stamps to documents, and delivers proof of transmission to the intended recipient.
