Anthony Cann has headed off competition from Terence Kyle to be named senior partner of Linklaters & Alliance.
The news was announced internally at the firm on Monday (18 June). It is second time lucky for Cann, who was previously beaten to the role by Charles Allen-Jones four years ago.
