Tikit announces £13m AIM placing

Tikit Group plc on 4 June announced its placing on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange.

A leading provider of IT consulting and systems integration services to the legal sector, Tikit will be capitalised at £13m.
