Theodore Goddard is setting up a digital convergence practice in February in a bid to translate its high-profile media work into a greater slice of the next generation information technology and entertainment market.

The group will be organised under Jonathan Blair, who was made up to partner in November to take responsibility for driving forward the digital convergence practice. Theodore Goddard’s clients include NTL, Reuters, and television portal Ichoose. The firm is also advising Warner Brothers on online piracy regarding its Harry Potter brand.
