Northwest firm Davies Wallis Foyster (DWF) has committed itself to a major expansion of its bulk practice with the appointment of the former head of DLA’s Bradford-based business services group, Mary Barlow, as a partner.
Barlow, a qualified solicitor and business administrator, has been put in charge of building up a low-overhead, high-volume practice in remortgaging transactions; conveyancing; repossession litigation and sales; and debt collection, both pre and post litigation including insolvency.
