Allen & Overy (A&O) is to introduce a flexible working policy within its banking group, to test whether the scheme could be rolled out on a firm-wide basis.
Lawyers and support staff within the department will be allowed to work one day a week, or four days a month, at home. The move follows a successful pilot scheme, which has been running within the firm’s projects group for six months.
