Andersen Legal is to focus its massive investing reserves on developing its UK and US practices under a worldwide strategy document, seen by Legal Week, designed to take the network into the top 10 global law firms within 10 years.
The new strategy – communicated to all staff before Christmas – will also see the Arthur Andersen tied network focus on three global service lines: e-business; mergers and acquisitions; and banking and finance as part of a bid to become a world-class practice before the decade is out.
