Rowe & Maw has recruited two assistants to its international arbitration team. Domenico di Pietro joins from Studio Legale Tonucci in Rome where he specialised in international commercial contracts. Martin Platte trained as an Austrian lawyer before becoming an English lawyer. He specialises in international law and dispute resolution.
Northeast-based firm Ward Hadaway has appointed four assistants. Kate Stoker joins the commercial property unit, Judith Newcomb moves to the healthcare unit, Peter Ashcroft becomes an assistant in the litigation department, and Sarah Catherwood is appointed to the employment unit.
