Landwell is acting for the management of Center Parcs in its £670m institutional buy-out. Scottish & Newcastle, the UK’s largest brewer, sold the business in an IBO led by DB Capital Partners, advised by Allen & Overy. Landwell head of corporate Leon Flavell led the team advising management.
