Claims Direct has called for external regulation of the claims assessing industry following pressure from defendant solicitors for an overhaul of the regulation of UK’s claims assessors.
Claims Direct chief executive Colin Poole told Legal Week claims assessing was a new and growing business area and needed proper external regulation.
