Edge Ellison’s Midlands rivals are in talks with a number of senior lawyers at the firm following a series of resignations in the wake of the firm’s merger deal with Hammond Suddards.
Edges’ Birmingham head of insolvency and international litigation, John Sullivan, has handed in his notice in protest at the merger agreement.
Property partner Roger Collier and senior associate Madeline Sambrook have also resigned to join one of Edges’ regional rivals.
