Magic circle set Brick Court Chambers is formalising a conflicts clearing system to bring the
chambers in line with recently-published best practice guidelines from the Bar Council.
The move will commit the chambers to a code on conflicts, including rules on separate clerking, dedicated IT and communications for opposing counsel within the same set and even separate temporary accommodation during a case.
