Oslo-based Wikborg Rein & Co is to open its second foreign office in the Far East after taking over the shipping practice of niche firm Evensen & Co, which is being wound up.
The new Singapore operation will be headed by shipping specialist Dag Rommen, who joins from Evensens, and will work closely with the firm’s existing office in Kobe, Japan.
