The property department of the Leeds office of Garretts has hired commercial property partner Tim Field from Eversheds to head up the practice.
Field, who described the move as “a fantastic opportunity”, joins the firm in October. He teams up with the one property partner in the office, Catherine Pattinson.
Field’s appointment follows an exodus of partners from Garretts in Leeds, which lost several senior partners last year, including head of property Dean Copley and fellow partner Paula Dillon.
