Clifford Chance (CC) stole a march on Bird & Bird after it was shortlisted and chosen by Orchestream, the software developer, to advise on the bulk of its £214m flotation on the London Stock Exchange, announced last week.
Corporate finance partners Edward Bradley and Jonathan Bor, together with US securities partner Alan Bannister advised Bird & Bird client Orchestream, which develops software to enable the management of internet traffic efficiently.
