CMS Cameron McKenna acted for Brixton Estates on the formation of its eight-year limited partnership with Pearl Assurance. The partnership was formed to acquire, manage and develop two assets at Greenford Park and Premier Park in Park Royal, London. The combined value of the assets is £78.4m.
