Lovell White Durrant and German firm Boesebeck Droste will vote this month on whether to merge, in what promises to be a trailblazing month for UK firms in Germany.
The Lovells/Boesebeck vote will form the first stage of a plan to create a top three ranked European firm. And this week partners at Deringer Tessin Herrmann & Sedemund and Puender Volhard Weber & Axster will vote on whether to merge with Freshfields and Clifford Chance (CC) respectively.
