Chemicals giant DuPont is rolling out its pioneering outside counsel partnering model into Europe by setting up its first continental panels.
The US company plans to select firms in each of the main jurisdictions in Europe to act as its principal legal advisers under the ‘DuPont model’ – otherwise known as partnering.
