Radcliffes’ Mike Higgins acted for The Crown Estate in its purchase of the freehold interest of Meridian House, London, for £14.8m. Gouldens’ Jayne Richards represented the vendor, Pillar Properties. The property was recently let to British Interactive Broadcasting on a 15-year lease for approximately £1.5m.
Forsters acted for Corporation of Trinity House on the sale of 1-33 Falmouth Road, London SE1, to Bellway Homes for residential development of the property into 130 apartments.
