Simmons & Simmons, Allen & Overy (A&O) and Wragge & Co advised on a three-way cross-border merger to create One of the UK’s largest vertically integrated leisure travel and financial services concerns.
The deal will merge Thomas Cook’s worldwide leisure travel and financial services business, which is owned by A&O client West LB, with the leisure travel interests of Carlson Leisure Group, advised by Simmons & Simmons.
