A former Kennedys staff member has been banned from the profession by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) after it found his conduct while working at the firm was “dishonest”.
Robert Weekes, a former post room worker at Kennedys Management Services Limited (KMSL), which is the holding company for employees of Kennedys Law, was dismissed in July 2017 for “gross misconduct” after the firm found out that he had “stolen property belonging to the company”.
