A London Proskauer Rose partner is set to become the general counsel of private equity firm Campbell Lutyens.
Private funds partner Kate Simpson is expected to join Campbell Lutyens from Proskauer in around a month, according to a spokesperson for the private equity outfit. In her new role, she will head up its global legal and compliance teams.
