Herbert Smith Freehills has appointed its Asia and U.S. leader and global dispute resolution head Justin D’Agostino as its next CEO.
He will take up the role from May 1, 2020 for a term of four years, after current CEO Mark Rigotti announced his intention to stand down from the role earlier this year.
