DLA Piper Germany Co-Head Steps Down Amid Cum-Ex Saga

The co-managing partner of DLA Piper Germany has stepped down from his role in a move that is related to the ongoing cum-ex tax scandal, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.

Konrad Rohde, who is joint managing partner of the firm along with Benjamin Parameswaran, has been in the role since September 2016. Rohde was previously the head of tax in DLA Piper’s Frankfurt office.
