Baker McKenzie partners have been warned against talking to outsiders about the ongoing Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) hearing into the conduct of its former London head Gary Senior, as the firm’s handling of the incident comes under fire.
According to one London lawyer at the firm, its partnership was sent an email from management warning against discussing the SDT hearing into Senior’s behaviour externally or with press.
