Intellectual property firm Rouse has hired Douglas Clark, the former Shanghai office managing partner of Hogan Lovells, as its global head of dispute resolution.

Clark, who is fluent in Mandarin, will join Rouse in January and split his time between Hong Kong and the firm’s recently opened Shenzhen office. At Rouse, Clark will lead the firm’s global disputes practice, focusing on cross-border disputes and developing its IP arbitration practice.
