Bill Reid had been on secondment with Woolworths Group since January 2019 and in October joined the company as chief legal officer.

Australian retailer Woolworths Group, one of two major supermarket chains in Australia, has hired longtime Ashurst partner Bill Reid as its chief legal officer.
“Bill has long experience in responding to regulatory issues, litigation and corporate transactions,” Woolworths said in a statement.
