A raft of firms have picked up roles on the sale of the production company behind television shows such as Peaky Blinders and Black Mirror to a French-Italian rival.

Kirkland & Ellis, Latham & Watkins, Cravath, Swaine & Moore, Hogan Lovells and Paul,Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison have all taken mandates on the transaction, in which French media entertainment group Banijay Group will acquire Endemol Shine to create a company with combined revenues of $3 billion.
