An Akin Gump partner who “inappropriately claimed” £24,650 ($30,295) worth of expenses from the firm has been struck off the solicitor’s roll, following a hearing by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT).

Igor Krivoshekov, who worked in Akin Gump’s cross-border transactions department in the firm’s London office, was found to have submitted false expenses for dinners with clients and taxi journeys that did not occur.
