A former trainee legal executive at Burges Salmon has been expelled from the industry for fabricating evidence in an application she submitted.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) found that the individual falsified evidence in her application to become a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, the professional body and examination board providing qualifications for legal executives, paralegals and legal secretaries.
