Linklaters and Clifford Chance are among the firms advising on the sale of one of the U.K.’s largest pub retailers and brewers, Greene King.
The pub giant, which runs more than 2,700 pubs, restaurants and hotels across the U.K., is being bought by Hong Kong-based property developer CK Asset Holdings (CKA) for £2.7 billion.
