Baker McKenzie has been referred to the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) over its handling of a historical investigation into a former partner’s conduct.
The former partner, Gary Senior, has also been referred to the SDT regarding his conduct, while former partner Tom Cassels and Bakers’ former HR director Martin Blackburn have been referred for their roles in the investigation.
