Clifford Chance’s former Seoul office managing partner, Kim Hyun-suk, is joining a leading Vietnamese firm’s Singapore office.
Kim, a U.S. lawyer specialising in capital markets, will join YKVN as a Singapore partner next month. Kim was until earlier this year the head of Clifford Chance’s Seoul office and its Korea practice. Hong Kong partner Richard Lee and Seoul-based counsel Cho Bong-sang now co-lead the Magic Circle firm’s Korea practice.
