Longtime Morrison & Foerster Hong Kong partner Ma Xiaohu has left the firm and joined Beijing-based Hui Zhong Law Firm.
Ma, now a partner at Hui Zhong’s Beijing office, has worked on both transactions and disputes matters. He advises on China-related securities offers and cross-border commercial disputes and arbitration cases. In May, he advised wind-turbine maker Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co. Ltd. on a $706 million share offer.
