Reed Smith Richards Butler has hired a disputes partner in Hong Kong, as the firm takes steps to recover from its loss of nine partners in January.
Mark West joins from Kennedys, where he co-led the firm’s Hong Kong regulatory practice with partner Kevin Yam. He advises Hong Kong-listed and multinational companies as well as high-net-worth individuals on regulatory investigations, commercial dispute, white-collar crimes and fraud.
