DWF, the Manchester-based firm that is preparing to go public, has hired Taylor Wessing’s Dubai corporate head Ben Constance as a partner in Singapore.
Constance focuses on private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in the technology, financial services, energy, utilities, logistics and retail sectors. He joined Taylor Wessing’s Dubai office in 2010 and made partner in 2013. Previously, he practiced at Australian firm HWL Ebsworth Lawyers in Sydney.
