McDermott Will & Emery has recruited more than 20 partners from DLA Piper’s US offices in a series of hires that the firm expects to add $100m to its top line.
An internal memo sent on 29 March by McDermott chairman Ira Coleman, obtained by The American Lawyer, lists 22 partners that have joined the US firm this month. All but one previously worked at DLA Piper.
