Indian firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) has taken legal action against its former Chennai office head over allegations relating to confidentiality and non-compete clauses.
The allegations, filed on 13 October, follow the resignations of Chennai partner Dorothy Thomas and 11 other employees to join rival firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co this month.
