KWM senior partner Kon steps down as firm kicks off dual management election

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) senior partner for Europe and the Middle East, Stephen Kon, has stepped down, with the firm now gearing up for a double management election.

Kon, who will remain a partner at the firm, has been senior partner at the firm for four and a half years, during which time he has overseen the merger between legacy SJ Berwin and China/Australia firm King & Wood Mallesons.
