UBS has hired Barclays’ top lawyer in the US Michael Crowl in a major coup for the Swiss bank.
Crowl will join UBS as general counsel for the Americas region and the Wealth Management Americas division on 1 July, according to an internal memo from the Swiss bank’s group general counsel Markus Diethelm and Americas CEO Bob McCann.
