German independent firm P+P Poellath + Partners has added to its partnership with two lateral hires from Linklaters and Simmons & Simmons. Wolfram Paetzold is set to join the firm's Munich real estate practice from Linklaters' real estate and construction practice in Frankfurt. Paetzold has been a partner at Linklaters since 2001, prior to which he was at the firm's merger partner Oppenhoff & Raedler.
